Disney’s Snow White (2025) — Meet the Voice Actors

By Matinée Multilingual

Meet the Snow White voice actors behind the loveable Seven Dwarfs in Disney’s newest live-action adaptation of another of its timeless classics.

Despite the mixed media buzz, there’s no denying that Disney’s live-action adaptation of Snow White will be one of the most highly anticipated and watched films of 2025.

If the success of their previous live-action remakes is any indication, this film is set to be one both classic Disney fans and new audiences alike will flock to see (we’ll certainly be there in the front row on opening day!).

According to Screen Rant, the projected box office earnings sit between $48 and $58 million, putting the movie’s domestic premiere at the second highest-grossing film this year up until now. Sure, there have been some animation decisions that not all are on board with, and some social media backlash, but it’s looking like another success for Disney all the same.

But behind every beloved Disney character are the voice actors who bring them to life, and this time, we get to see our favourite Seven Dwarfs in a whole new light.

Let’s take a look at the talented voice actors behind the iconic characters and see what they’re bringing to this highly-anticipated film.

Granted, the production team decided to scale back media to a bare minimum, so there aren’t any comments from the voice actors themselves yet. But we can* get a feel for what to expect based on their past work!

Dopey — Andrew Barth Feldman

Twenty-two-year-old Andrew Barth Feldman may be best known for his performance as the lead in Broadway’s Dear Evan Hansen. But now, he takes on a whole new challenge — voicing everyone’s favourite (and the most adorable) dwarf, Dopey.

While Dopey might not be the most chatty of the seven dwarfs, we’re sure Feldman’s vocal talents will bring plenty of personality to the character.

Andrew is also the narrator for the movie, so even if we don’t hear Dopey speak much, we’ll still get to enjoy his voice throughout the film.

Bashful — Tituss Burgess

Another Broadway name on the roster, Tituss Burgess, will lend his voice to Bashful in Snow White. He’s notably known for his role as Titus Andromedon in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, where his charismatic personality and musical talents shone through.

We know Bashful to be the shyest dwarf of them all, but with Burgess behind the voice, we’re sure he’ll still bring plenty of charm to the character.

Also lined up for Tituss this year is the title role in “Oh, Mary! “, where he’ll temporarily replace Betty Gilpin from March until April in the Broadway production.

Grumpy — Martin Klebba

Martin Klebba is no stranger to box office hits, having played the role of Marty, a member of Captain Jack Sparrow’s crew in three Pirates of the Caribbean movies. He’s also a superb stunt performer, with cameos in Zombieland, Jurassic World, and Van Helsing.

While we’re not sure we’ll see many daring stunts from Grumpy, we do know his character voice will be instantly recognisable and be a fantastic fit for this member of Snow White’s crew.

Klebba has made comment on the scaled-back press of the movie, being one of the very few cast members to do so. In a conversation with The New York Post, he said, “I’m not disappointed in Disney. I’m disappointed in the world.”

He then continued by saying, “… just because a couple of people have views that not everybody feels the same way, now we’re having to alter the fun part of making a movie, which is premieres. So I’m a little bummed, but I understand it as well…”.

Sneezy — Jason Kravits

Actor and another Broadway star, Jason Kravits, will be stepping into the shoes of Sneezy. He’s known for his roles in The Practice, with guest appearances on some great TV shows, including The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon.

As Sneezy, Kravits also gets to showcase his singing talent in the movie in ‘The Silly Song’ — a fan-favourite song from the original animated classic.

Jason posted himself on social media visiting the Hollywood Star of Fame for Billy Gilbert, the original voice of Sneezy. The caption read, “Paying respects to the original. Honored to be continuing the legacy!”.

Sleepy — Andy Grotelueschen

Andy Grotelueschen will be voicing the drowsy Sleepy. Grotelueschen had a small role in A Complete Unknown (2024), James Mangold’s biopic drama starring Timothee Chalamet as Bob Dylan.

He’s also a familiar face from his appearances in Broadway productions, such as The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window and Tootsie, which saw him win the Tony Award in 2019 for ‘Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical’.

From the original, we know that Sleepy can be absent-minded and clumsy, so it will be exciting to see what Grotelueschen brings to the character.

Doc — Jeremy Swift

One of the more film and TV experienced actors among the seven dwarfs, Jeremy Swift will be voicing Doc in Snow White. People may recognise him as Mr. Bumble in Oliver Twist (2005), Septimus Spratt in Downton Abbey, and Leslie Higgins in Ted Lasso.

He’s been given many awards in his time as an actor, including three separate awards for his Ted Lasso role, being,

  • Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series (Screen Actors Guild Awards 2024 and 2022)
  • Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series (Primetime Emmy Awards, 2021)
  • Best Supporting Actor in a Streaming Series, Comedy (Hollywood Critics Association TV Awards, 2021)

Doc is the leading man of the Seven Dwarf posse, so we’re excited to see how Swift brings his leadership skills to the voice acting booth.

Happy — George Salazar

Triple-threat performer George Salazar is taking on the role of Happy, rounding off the Seven Dwarfs.

He’s best known for his performances in Godspell and Be More Chill, but he also starred in Ryan Murphy’s Impeachment: American Crime Story in 2016 as lawyer George Conway.

Snow White will be Salazar’s first feature film, so we’re excited to see what he brings to the table as Happy. We know Happy to be — well — happy and cheerful, so we’re sure he’ll be bringing plenty of that to the movie.

Magic Mirror — Patrick Page

Finishing off our list of Snow White voice actors is the brilliant Patrick Page, who won’t be voicing one of the seven dwarfs, but the Magic Mirror, known for its mysterious and ominous presence in the story.

Page has an impressive acting resume, starring in on-screen musicals, Broadway productions, and off-Broadway shows.

He had a cameo role in Lin Manuel Miranda’s In The Heights (2021) and more recently appeared in Spirited (2022), which also starred Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell in a modern musical retelling of A Christmas Carol.

Page is also notably known for his Broadway role in Hadestown as Hades, for which he received a Tony Award nomination forBest Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical’.

Vulture, an entertainment news site, commented on Page’s portrayal of Hades, saying, “The human thundersheet Patrick Page plays Hades as the boss of all bosses, a tycoon with “walls to build” and “riots to quell,” and his subterranean bass is enough to send you into riots of your own every time he opens his mouth.”.

If this is anything to go by, we’re sure he’ll give us goosebumps in Snow White as the Magic Mirror.

Will You Be Watching (& Listening to) Snow White?

The cast for Snow White is shaping up to be a star-studded and diverse group of talented individuals.

Alongside the animated characters, we’ll also get to see Rachel Zegler give life to our beloved princess Snow White and Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen—we’re sure they’ll do the original animated classic justice, and we’re excited to see their interpretations of these iconic characters.

So, will you be watching Snow White when it hits the big screen? We all will!
