A look at every Zelda on every Nintendo [infographic]

At the Matinée studios we’re getting very excited about the release of both the Nintendo Switch game console and it’s launch title The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. 

Breath of the Wild will be the first game in the Zelda franchise to feature voice acting. We can’t wait to hear the Zelda characters speaking aloud for the first time as they’ve been silent for over thirty years! That’s a lot of time to form expectations among gamers, and as a treble-A voice over agency we’ll be listening carefully and sharing our views on Twitter. Hopefully there will be no ‘arrow to the knee’ style overused lines

We were so excited that we even decided to create an infographic which takes a look back at every Zelda game made on every Nintendo console. It also explores the design evolution of the protagonist ‘Link’ and if you have high intelligence and perception skills you may even remember some of these facts!
