When filling out the ‘Project Details’ section of the form, let us know your script length, your content’s subject matter and the aim of the campaign, your budget, and any deadlines.

Step 2) We’ll Respond With a Shortlist of Voice Talent Matches

After receiving your Quick Quote, we’ll respond to you with a shortlist of professional voice talent matches we think would be perfect for your project. Our account managers know our British voice talents inside and out, so they’ll carefully select the best matches for content.

We’ll consider your deadline requirements and only look at artists who are available to complete the project within (or as close to) your timeframe as possible, as well as their fees.

Your shortlist of artists will also have a demo reel for you to listen to and hear their tone of voice, style, and range. Not only do our refinements mean you don’t have to sift through hundreds of voices to find the best one, but we also don’t charge you for casting.

Once you’ve given the go ahead, your project will be handed to one of our experienced Project Managers who will organise and schedule the recording of your script. All recordings are carried out in our state-of-the-art recording studios in Reading, which are equipped with Pro Tools and Reaper software. 

Talented sound engineers are present during the audio recording, ensuring your script is delivered to crisp, clean, high-quality, minimising the need for retakes and reducing your costs.

Our studios are acoustically designed, which means recordings are of excellent quality. Our professional and knowledgeable British voice artists will provide a polished final recording that meets your exact specifications.

Should you wish to be present for the recording, we do offer live direction via a meeting link, giving you the opportunity to provide real-time feedback and ensure the recording meets your expectations.

Step 5) Post-Production & Delivery

If you’ve opted for post-production, we’ll fully clean and edit your recording, adding in any music or sound effects if required. This step is necessary for commercials, explainer videos, and other projects that require a final polished touch.

Once you are happy with the final product, we’ll deliver it to you in your preferred format (such as MP3 or WAV, or any other format you require) and via your chosen method (email, file transfer service…).

How Fast Can You Turn Around My Voice Recording? + –

Our project turnaround times depend on the project size and your chosen services – but we always do our best to work to the quickest timeline possible whilst maintaining quality and accuracy. 

If it’s a one-hour recording and the voice artist is immediately available, we can sometimes turn around recordings in 24 hours.

What Payment Options Do You Accept for Voice Over Work? + –

For new customers, we typically require 50% up-front and the balance due on delivery. 

After 3 projects, we can offer you a 30-day credit account (subject to a credit check). 

In some cases, it can be negotiated that the balance invoice is due on 30 days, but this depends on project length and size. 

We do not typically offer credit accounts to international clients, but this is negotiable depending on the project.
