Before he became a master at video storytelling, Gary Wales had humble beginnings. By day, he was working; and by night, teaching himself graphic design. After a year and a half, he built a portfolio of his work and went knocking on doors (literally!) asking for a job.  

His dedication and perseverance paid off because he finally secured a job that launched his career of becoming a professional graphic designer. Seeking better opportunities, he then worked in the UAE for over a decade creating cover designs for EMI Records and Virgin Music.  

A creative professional in every sense of the word, today, Gary Wales is Creative Lead/Client Director at award-winning creative video agency CH Video.  

With over 20 years of experience, have a listen to Gary as he shares his career journey, the incredible work his team does at CH Video (notable clients include PepsiCo, Walkers, and Thames Water) as well as what he believes is in store for the future of the creative industry.
