Secretary, singer-songwriter, co-founder of an all-female theatre production company, creative producer and director – these are just a few notable titles Lilly Pollard has had upon graduating from Sussex University with some being held simultaneously! 

From staging shows at the Edinburgh Fringe to transforming an old BBC studio in Marylebone to a sickly-sweet cabaret cake shop, Lilly is a professional that lives and breathes creativity.  

She has truly come a long way because today, the English Literature and Drama Studies graduate is a Line Producer at BBC Studios. She is also the Delivery Manager within the network’s digital team for a popular children’s television show.
