You have to study
To become a voice actor, you will have normally studied acting. You also need to be able to read well and capture the emotion of the text.

It’s varied
As a job voice acting is varied. You might be doing several voice parts in a day and from month to month or week to week you’ll never know what is going to come up.

Getting into character
A studio will often help a voice actor by providing photo’s and descriptions to help the actor learn about the character. This will inspire the actor to create a voice that matches the image.
